Philly Marathon training, week 5
Monday: rest
Tuesday: run
Wednesday: chest & triceps, run
Thursday: swim (J's circuit workout)
Friday: biceps, run
Saturday: swim (Fins mini-meet)
Sunday: long run - Fruit Loop twice plus 3 miles.
Total for the week: 2 miles swim & 45 miles run.
Running has been my No. 1 focus for the past month. I ran 180 miles in October, which is about 6 miles average a day. I'm feeling good easing into a slow-down period before the marathon 3 weeks from now.
