Highlights: my first 3 century bike rides, first look at Lake Placid during my triathlon training weekend with Breakaway Bikes crew, Quassy Half Iron, personal best at Philly Tri Olympic, track workouts at Temple Univesity, steady run workouts, focusing on hills during run & bike
Lowlights: temporary mental exhaustion after the Lake Placid trip
