Philly Marathon training, week 3

Oct 11 to 17

Monday: run
Tuesday: swim
Wednesday: chest, run
Thursday: swim
Friday: run in the morning, biceps / back in the evening
Saturday: 5k race - Southwest Center City 5k http://www.swccrun.org/ 20:53; 12th place overall.
Sunday: long run

Total for the week: 4 miles swim & 47 miles run.
