Philly Marathon training, week 1
I have 8 weeks to train for the Philly Marathon while maintaining my swim and weight training routine.
Sep 28 to Oct 3
Monday: chest & triceps, run
Tuesday: swim
Wednesday: back, run
Thursday: swim
Friday: biceps, run
Saturday: swim
Sunday: run
Total for the week: 6 miles swim & 25 miles run. It was not easy to get back to train mode, and I hope I can stay focused to reach my goal.
