Ironman Lake Placid Training Update
Ironman Lake Placid training update: March was a fantastic month for my training. I completed all my workouts and felt like my body has adapted to the intensive training regimen. I haven't necessarily swam faster, but my swim endurance has increased. My 20-minute power test at Breakaway Bikes RPM has slowly but steadily improved. My runs have been solid, not as fast as my 2012 Philly marathon pace but not too far off.
