A week after my Philly marathon, I  started my Ironman Lake Placid training. It will be my first full Iron distance triathlon, and I can't be more excited. I am approaching this as the most important project I ever had to complete.

The IMLP will be on Sunday, July 28. I have already mapped out my training schedule and races between now and July. I have full support from my partner. A few of my triathlon buddies will also do IMLP so I have people to talk to about my training routine all day.

Weight = 122 lbs
BMI = 20.8

Week of Nov 26 -- 3.5 hours total. Happy to be back in the pool & on a bike. Highlight was a 5-mile run with the Philly Front Runners. I was the first runner in after around 33 minutes.
