Confessions of a Lane Five Swimmer - Part 6

I am experimenting with my stroke technique, this time with my hands starting out wide, digging deep and pulling toward the center. I couldn't do a 12 x 100 at 1:45 interval yet, but I'm getting close. I did 10 x 100 and two 50's while following Donald and Francis. We were in Lane 4 yesterday since many better swimmers were out.
I plan to go to swim practice 3 times a week in December so I can continue my progress.
