Fusion My Ass Cross Training - Days 25 to 37

Run ... Cruise ... Run
Day 25 (August 1) - Go Vertical rock climbing
Day 26 (August 2) - Fins swimming (around 1500 yards)
Day 27 (August 3) - 12 miles Kelly Drive out and back midnight run
Day 28 (August 4) - biceps, shoulders, back
Day 29 (August 5) - 6 miles run @ Penn's Landing; legs / abs; 7 miles on stationary bike (20 minutes random hill program)
Day 30 (August 6) - Chest / Abs
Day 31 (August 7) - Fins swimming (around 1500 yards)
Day 32 (August 8) - none (worked day and night)
Day 33 (August 9) - none (worked day and night)
Day 34 (August 10) - none (haircut; Boys of Summer)
Day 35 (August 11) - back /shoulders
Day 36 (August 12) - Half-Wit Half Marathon Trail Run
Day 37 (August 13) - Chest
