Ironman Lake Placid Training Update
I am fully immersed in the Ironman training regimen. For the month of February, here are my training statistics:
Swim: 20 miles / 10.5 hours
Bike: 487 miles / 29 hours
Run: 149 miles / 21.5 hours
Rest days: 2
I am having fun training, and I can see things coming together!
