The reality of AIDS

I lost a dear friend to AIDS this week. He was on an advanced drug therapy. He was healthy one day and the next day his brain started to shut down. That's the reality of AIDS.

My reality of AIDS is a dear friend who's lived with the disease for more than 20 years. His HAART induced neuropathy caused him to lose both his legs. But he's still alive.
