APICS Basics of Supply Chain Management

While taking breaks from packing, I studied for the Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM). To be fully certified, I need to pass five exams.

I passed the first exam "Basics of Supply Chain Management" on Friday. I was tested on the following concepts:

• Elements of the Supply Chain
• Just-in-Time (JIT)
• Total Quality Management (TQM)
• Manufacturing Resources Planning (MRP II)
• Demand Planning
• Capacity Management
