Totally unprepared I was to ride my bike for 150 miles in two days. It was another foolish attempt to push my body physically, and my body responded! I needed about 6 hours to reach Ocean City, New Jersey from Woodcrest train station, and 30 minutes less to get back the next day. I even did a 5 mile run on the boardwork after the first 75 mile ride.
