Hail to the King ... Michael Phelps

Last week while Michael Phelps set a world record for 200m freestyle (1:43.86), I had to start one of my freestyle sets at 200m. It took me about 5:00:00, including time when I stood up and hyperventilated. I can probably do it under 4:00:00, with fins!
