Spring Marathon Training, Week 2
Wednesday: 5 miles
Thursday: 3 miles
Friday: 4 miles
Sunday: 8 miles
I have come to realize that the only way I can complete my mid-week runs is to get up at 5 AM and run on the treadmill before work. The Sunday run the only time I ran outside. I finally run pain-free, so completing 20 miles last week was a breeze.
