New Jersey Marathon, Here I Come!
My post-marathon recovery period is over. I'm starting a 16-week training program for the New Jersey Marathon.
Week of Dec. 13th - 5K, 4miles
Week of Dec. 20th - 10K, 8 miles, 5 miles (PR time of under 43 minutes; it's the new Nike Air Pegasus shoes)
Week of Dec. 27th - 5K (PR time of under 24 minutes), 8.5 miles
