This was the most intense workout ever for Lane 6. I almost threw up toward the end.

200 pull
5 x 50 @ 1:30
5 x 50 @ 1:25
5 x 50 @ 1:20
4 x 100 (50 free, 10 push-ups, 50 fast)
4 x 50 (underwater / build)
