Aerobars

I got over my fear of riding with aerobars today by following drills by Triathlon Coach Chris Pickering. It was scary at first but within 15 minutes I was in the aero position. Within the next 15 minutes, I was comfortable switching back and forth, and started to work on speed! I never knew it was that simple! Now I at least look like a real triathlete!
