Working Hard and Looking Good!

Week of July 31 to August 6

I gave my body a week off after the Chicago Gay Games marathon. Now it's time to get back on the road, in the pool, and in the gym. Not only that I have a marathon in 10 weeks, I want to keep my toned body for as long as I can.

Monday: 5-mile CC fun run; chest
Tuesday - Swim
Wednesday - 4-mile morning run to Art Museum; evening: shouders, swim @ 12th St. pool
Thursday - Swim
Friday - 8-mile morning run on Kelly Drive
Saturday - 5-mile run in Long's Park of Lancaster County
