Thursday July 12 (Day 5) - Friends Select (1.5k swim); Chest
Friday July 13 (Day 6) - Abs; Legs
Saturday July 14 (Day 7) - off
Sunday July 15 (Day 8) - Kelly Pool (1.0k swim); Arms
Monday July 16 (Day 9) - 3.5 mile treadmill; chest
